The manga "Freezing" is a decent one. Though, it is too much like the manga "Bleach" at times- ridiculous amounts of power blowing reality out of proportion, then the rest of the manga is never the same and the standard on the scale of power keeps rising as the scale of damage falls, making the gravity of the situations unrealistic and hard to personalize. IMO
