The Title of this (Specific manga is "ソウルジェム,リングが足についたら" Or "Soul Gem, When the ring attached to the foot" A Soul Gem is something found inside the Anime that allows them to turn into magic girls, The title suggests that she got it stuck on her foot or toe.
