I believe this is incorrectly tagged- the girl in black is Neamhain, not Macha.

Macha has red hair and a red dress, at least in Mabinogi's lore.

This is correctly tagged. Black hair and white dress is Morrighan, per the in-game images. Black dress is Neamhain. Whereas red hair and red dress would be Macha. Its a triple goddess in any case according to the source material- the Mabinogion. So all 3 are aspects of the same entity.
