Mochi
Rice cake
Everyone,
What recipe of mochi shall we choose?
e.g. Kinako-Mochi (Rice cake with soybean flour), Isobe-Mochi (Roasted rice cake with soy sauce and edible seaweed), Su-Mochi (Rice cake with ponzu and grated radish), Zunda-Mochi (Rice cake with soybeans paste), Age-Mochi (Fried rice cake) and Ankoro-Mochi (Rice cake wrapped in sweet bean paste).
Chikara-Mochi!
Means "mighty person."
Kane-Mochi!
Means "rich person."
Then,
Mochi-Mochi♥
Means "soft and a bit viscous textures" or "soft and fine skin."
I'll choose Karami-Mochi.
Rice cake with grated radish.
