Actually, a lot of the humans go Hollow, get possessed, or otherwise go insane and try to kill you if you meet them again.

I do have to wonder why these particular characters were chosen. I'm surprised that Witch Beatrice and the remaining 2 Daughters of Izalith weren't included.
