I'm sorry but can people start tagging hair correctly? First I see a lot more purple-ish color then red in that hair, plus the character is portrayed with purple hair.

It has purple AND red in it here, though. It's very ambiguous, actually. I'd say it's more a burgundy or maroon than anything else, honestly. I can't really fault the mistagging here, if it's even really mistagging at all, in this case.

Also, it doesn't matter what color hair a character is portrayed as having, at all. Fan artists change hair and eye colors at will all the time. Just because a character is supposed to have turquoise hair, but a fan artist makes it green, doesn't mean that they should be tagged as having turquoise hair anyway. If it's green in the picture, it's tagged green, regardless of canon coloring.

However, I WILL agree with you on the hair tagging failures around the site. I've seen things like blonde hair tagged black, pink hair tagged blue, etc. That needs to stop immediately.
