Okay, What Happened Here? I Can't Access Safebooru!
Okay, okay I am a newbie here by date but already a veteran user by online experience and I have a problem here some days ago. The problem here is all about accessing this site, I either got hard endless loading or

"The connection to "Put the website here" was interrupted.
Here are some suggestions:
Reload this webpage later.
Check your Internet connection. Restart any router, modem, or other network devices you may be using.
Add Google Chrome as a permitted program in your firewall's or antivirus software's settings. If it is already a permitted program, try deleting it from the list of permitted programs and adding it again.
If you use a proxy server, check your proxy settings or contact your network administrator to make sure the proxy server is working. If you don't believe you should be using a proxy server, adjust your proxy settings: Go to the wrench menu > Options > Under the Hood > Change proxy settings... > LAN Settings and deselect the "Use a proxy server for your LAN" checkbox.
Error 101 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET): The connection was reset.

I did what it asked me to do but still no luck. Only recently I regained access of this site. What happened? What's wrong? Did I do something bad?

Nothing changed on our end, has to be something locally.

That's a problem with the connection on your end. It's something that shows up generally when you have a poor or no connection. Even the best internet connections sometimes have snag-ups.
You would have seen a different error message had it been a site problem.

Huh? But my connection has a kbps of 512 kbps or even more. However, I do have some inconsistent connection with my router has some "blinking" and again I was unable to access this site since Tuesday noon. I think that I must ask my local internet service provider for any assistance.
