Let is stay. The original Conker is a 3d model that has circular eyes, circular inner ears, flat fur, clearly individual teeth, classic smile pudge, and a much higher color contrast. This artist, Shonuff, has also added eye brows. Though Shonuff does a lot of western characters, their style here and in other works has some Japanese elements to them such as angled eyes and low contrasting lines. IMO , it would be okay to let stay.
