If you ever see episode 10, you'll understand why no amount of cuteness makes this guy look better. Those things didn't come from that chemistry set or those things that look like slimed kenels.
No, those things are children who were abused and sacrificed to displace an evil curse at the bottom of this guys geologic pit that he wants to conquore. If you ever watch that episode, don't do it while sick, eating, or while expecting a cute adventure, because it'll show you what Full Metal Alchemist wouldn't show you.
