The mention of "Fighting Spirit" in the bottom left corner with the image behind it may mean this image is from Douluo Dalu, a manga where they use spirits to fight. I don't particularly recognize this character from it however so its just a possibility. Of course it could also be an original character someone made based on that manga, or something entirely unrelated. I'm not sure...
