It looks like an abandoned air field hanger. The picture looks like it started with a scaffolding pattern layer, then overlayed with a skyline and erased to reveal the scaffolding. Really an interesting idea! I love all the colors they'be used and the rusty, broken, random pattern is brilliant too!
